Center State Youth Hockey: Registration

***All players and coaches can register now.  If your child is trying out for state bound team, please register under that heading with appropriate level, ie: peewee statebound.  There will be NO paper registrations this year; only online registrations will be taken.  All balances will be automatically paid on October 15, 2012. Please use links below to register.  For anyone that needs to set up a payment plan, please email sampsod@morrisville.edu ASAP.

Midget 18u (half season) and 1998 birth year need to be registered before their first practice date. All mite, squirt, peewee, and bantam players must be registered by September 16th, before first try out date of 9/23/12.  1/2 payments accepted via online registration.  Final payments will be made by October 15th online.  (No exceptions) Mite and Learn to Play need to be registered before their first practice date.  If you are not registered, your child cannot step on the ice.  Thank you
