Centennial Lady Eagles: My Site News

The Lady Eagles Basketball Camp is off to a fantastic start!  We have record numbers of enrollment and our players, coaches, and campers are all doing a wonderful job.  We will soon have a complete list of our Lady Eagles Camp Alumni.  Enjoy your summer and we'll see you all in November!

We want to wish everyone a safe and happy summer!  We hope that everyone has enjoyed their basketball season as much as we have.  We hope everyone is working on their game this off-season to prepare for next season. 

We will be updating our site and adding tryout and meeting information as it comes available.  Have a great summer!

Congratulations to the Lady Eagles for their 3A East Region Championship!  Their first title since 1997.  The Eagles have had a fantastic run, beating 3 rivals along the way. 

First the Eagles beat Atholton, 37-36, on a shot by Kenitra Alston with :05 remaining.  Then they traveled to the number 1 seed, River Hill, and won 48-41 over the 2 time defending champions.  Finally the Eagles wrapped up their championship run in front of a record crowd at Centennial by defeating rival Mt. Hebron 49-34. 

The Eagles will now play Western High School on Thursday night at 9:00 at UMBC.  Bus will leave at 7:00pm.
