2005 Season Recap
2005 was another successful season for all of the Centennial Girls' Fastpitch Association softball teams! Each of the teams was very competitive in their league games and in the tournaments in which they participated. Our teams played in a total of 34 tournaments across al of the age groups. They finished 5th place or higher in 21 of the tournaments. This included:

The 15th Annual Centennial Classic Softball Tournament was held on June 11, 2005 - June 12 2005. It featured teams in the 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U age brackets. The weather cooperated and all of the teams played hard. All in all, the tournament was a success!


2004 Season Recap
2004 was another successful season for all seven Centennial Girls' Fastpitch Association softball teams.   Each of the teams was very competitive in their league games and in the tournaments in which they participated. Once again, several Centennial Fastpitch teams qualified for a national tournament. The 16U Cougars ended up in 17th place out of 125 teams in the AFA National Tournament in Kansas City, MO. The 14U Red team played in an AFA National Tournament in Decatur, IL.

2003 Season Recap
2003 was another successful season for all six Centennial Girls' Fastpitch Association softball teams.   Each of the teams was very competitive in their league games and in the tournaments in which they participated, and once again, several Centennial Fastpitch teams qualified for a national tournament. This year, the 12U Cougars finished in 5th place at the ASA Northern National Tournament in Rogers, MN, the 10U Cougars participated in the ASA Northern National Tournament (also in Rogers), and the 14U Cougars participated in the AFA National Tournament in Kansas City, MO.

2002 was another successful season for all eight Centennial Girls' Fastpitch Association softball teams.   For the third season in a row, and the fourth time in five years, at least one Centennial Fastpitch team qualified for a national tournament.    This year, the 14U Red team participated in the Northern National Tournament in Elk River, and the 16U Black team participated in the Northern National Tournament in Normal, IL.

2001 Season Re-cap
2001 was another successful season for all seven Centennial Girls' Fastpitch teams.   Capping off the season was a second place finish by the 10U Cougars in the Minnesota Class "A" State Tournament, and a fifth place finish in the Northern National Tournament in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. The 10U Cougars also qualified for the National Championship tournament in Moreno Valley, California, but opted not to go. This is the second season in a row, and the third time in four years, that at least one Centennial Fastpitch team has qualified for a national tournament.

Two other teams also ended the season with medals: The 12U Cougars captured the consolation championship of the Minnesota Class "A" State Tournament, and the 16U Cougars won the Minnesota Class "C" State Tournament.
