Well Ladies that was one hot practice!
Thanks for sticking it out and working hard.
You all did wonderful! As you all have peeked in the window of our new gym...=)
I know you all are getting SOOO excited!!

Ladies!! You all did great yesterday at practice. VERY PROUD OF ALL OF YOU! Tumbling was hitting, Stunts where sweet and
Mini's with a prep! OH Seniors you got your motion drill down for your routine and its lookin' gooood!! GET IT GURLS! You all worked poor Coach John to the bone! JRS you all cracked me up on your games you played! Great Fun! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES!

Hello CES Gurls!
Thanks for all your hard work on open floor practice during fittings. You ladies did very well on the whole c-r-a-z-y day for Fittings! You ladies are going to look awesome in those uniforms! That was the smoothest fittings we have ever had! Great job ladies!! Luv you girls!
