Cedar Lake Little League 2012 Registration & Sign-Ups
TRY-OUTS have been rescheduled for
Tuesday, February 21, 2012 - 6:00 pm
at the Hanover Field House.
How to Register - New players will need to fill out the Player Registration and Medical Release Form. These can be found in the Handout Section or available at Registration. New players will need to bring in an original birth certificate and 3 proofs of residency, dated between February 1, 2011 and February 1, 2012.
One each from the following categories: Driver's License Voter's Registration
Federal, State Records Medical Records Insurance Doc. Mortgage or rent records
Vehicle Records Financial Records Welfare Records Internet/Cable/Sat. Utility Bill
Registration WILL NOT be accepted unless these items are provided.
Returning Players will have their previous years registration form available at registration to sign and date.
Volunteer - Cedar Lake Little League is a volunteer organization. Please volunteer your time and be a part of a great organization. Please note the Volunteer Application, which authorizes CLLL to run a background/criminal check on all volunteers is required by Little League International. All Managers, Coaches, Concession Stand Workers and all Volunteers will need to fill out a Volunteer Application.
Notice - Cedar Lake Little League is open to all players between the ages of 4 and 18. League age is determined by the age you will be by April 30, 2012. All players will receive a team hat, team t-shirt, and socks. Try-Outs will be held on Friday, February 10, 2012, 6:30pm at the Hanover Field House for all 9-12 year olds.
