2013 Football and Cheerleading Registration
Jaguars Football and Cheerleading Registration:
Date: Saturday, April 20, 2013 AND Saturday, May 11, 2013
Time: 9am-12pm
Place: YMCA-Gym 3 (enter through garage)
Football Fees
Registration Fee: $110 (YMCA members) / $125 (Non-YMCA members)
Jersey: $50 (required for new players, personalized, player keeps)
Fundraiser: $20 (raffle tickets will be distributed at registration)
**Please be advised that ALL football rosters will have a maximum of 21 players per team. Players will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis so please make every attempt to attend the first registration date. This will be strictly enforced!
**New rules regarding player eligibility for 2013: Older But Lighter (OBL) has been dissolved.
Note: Unlimited Tackle to Tackle (TT) remains in effect for ALL age groups. Clarification: Any player who does not meet the regular weight restriction for their appropriate age group, will be eligible to participate as a TT regardless of his/her weight.
Cheerleading FeesRegistration Fee: $90 (YMCA members) / $105 (Non-YMCA members)

Scholarships
Anyone applying for a scholarship through the YMCA (available to Maryland residents only) will still need to attend a scheduled registration date. Processing and approval can take up to 4 weeks. Scholarship paperwork only will be available at the front desk beginning April 1, 2013. It is recommended that you stop in and pick up the necessary forms so that you can submit all of the requested documentation when you register. Fundraiser and Jersey fees are not included in the scholarship and will be collected during registration.

Please check our "locations" page for directions to the YMCA as well as field locations for our away games - home games will be played on the field at the Elkton YMCA.

Monday, June 18
Practice Start Dates
Football practices will begin on Wednesday, August 1st from 6-8pm at the Elkton YMCA.
Clinic teams (6U and 7U: Coaches may choose, at their discretion, to begin the week of August 6th)
Cheerleading practices will begin on Monday, August 6th from 6-8pm at the Elkton YMCA.
Monday, June 18
Equipment Distribution
Football players will be scheduled by squad the week of July 23th for equipment distribution. Please be aware that all sets of equipment will require a $100 deposit. It is preferable that you make this deposit via check. Your check will be held and returned to you upon receipt of all equipment at the end of the season. Deposits will be processed if equipment is not received by December 31st. In the event that you do not have access to checks, cash and/or credit card will be handled in the same manor. Anyone not able to attend on their scheduled date/time (or the straggler day) will receive their equipment the first week of practice. Please DO NOT call and ask to pick up your equipment early—if you miss the date you will need to wait! The YMCA will provide football players with helmet, shoulder pads, integrated game pants (7 piece set sewn in) and mouth piece.

New Rules for 2012: Please Read!
Please review the following rule changes regarding player eligibility:
1. 13U is now 14U UNLIMITED. NO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!
Clarification: No older but lighter (OBL) and no weight restrictions for any player. All players are eligible to play any position. High school students are no longer eligible to participate in the UCYFL.
2. Younger but Heavier (YBH) has been dissolved. Unlimited Tackle to Tackle (TT) has been implemented for ALL age groups.

3. OBL's will only apply to the 10U, 11U, and 12U age groups.
**Note from CC Jags: OBL's will be placed at the sole discretion of the program director after discussion with parent(s).

Jaguars Football and Cheerleading registration has been scheduled as follows:
