The single most important thing you can do is try out and play junior olympic club volleyball in the off season.  Tryouts are in November, tournaments start in mid January and run thru May.  Most practices and all tournaments are held on the weekends.

There are two local clubs in our area:
      -Triad (eteamz.com/triad) is run by Central Dauphin, Cumberland Valley and Trinity coaches
      -West Shore Y (eteamz.com/wsyvolleyball) local to the west shore of harrisburg

Either club will work for you in the offseason.
