The Central Dauphin Coaching Staff is pleased to annouce the first ever Central Dauphin Girl's Middle School Volleyball Camp.

Monday July 13 to Wed July 15th the camp will be from 8:30 to 11 in the morning on those days in the back gym at Central Dauphin High School.

The Camp is open to anyone from any high school that are entering the grades of 6, 7, 8 or 9 in the fall of 2009 school year.

*Sports Physical and pertinent info can be downloaded from www.cdschools.org click on the Sports Schedules and then Sports Physicals.

*Sports Physical paperwork cannot be dated by an authorized medical examiner (as definded by the PIAA) any earlier then June 1st for the upcoming fall sports season.

Dates of school physicals:
     -JULY 16th at CDHS- 8 a.m. report time to start screenings.  9 a.m. physicians arrive.
     -JULY 30th at CDEast same time as above at CD
            -must have all CDSD and PIAA paperwork completed in its entirely and signed in
             all applicable areas by the parent/guardian

*All Physcial paperwork completed by a medical examier outside of the school offered physicals: Turn in all completed paperwork by THURSDAY August 13th to ensure you are cleared by the first day of tryouts.  Forms are turned into the trainer at CD.

Impact Testing: 5-27 at CD players hould arrive at 4:45....all current junior high players going into 9th grade in the fall and all players entering 11th grade in the fall need to take the test.

Once those two things are done you will be able to tryout!!

Tryouts start August 17th 2009.

All players must attend tryouts to make the team.  The Ram coaching staff is expecting 40+ players to try out for the team this year.  It is important that your daughter is at tryouts!!  If you can not attend tryouts you must contact Coach JB at johnb@sfcloan.com to make other arrangements (if they can be accomodated).

Tryouts will last anywhere from 2 to 5 days.  Last year we did a wave cut for JV (made initial cuts on Wed, made final cuts on Friday).
