ANNOUNCEMENTS
NO PRACTICE MONDAY THE 2ND OF NOVEMBER
PRACTICE WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY 5PM - 6:30.
REMINDER TIME CHANGE: Game on Saturday the 7th is scheduled for 11am at Nautilus. Game will be played immediately following the previous game, so be there at 9:45am.
Practice will continue even in the rain and cold, so make sure to dress the boys appropriately!
Reminder to have the kids at practice on time since the days are getting shorter.
Fridays practice will continue to be a short one ending at 6:15 or 6:30pm.
Time changes for the following games due to lighting issues: 10/24 at 1 pm, 10/31 at 11am, and 11/7 at 11am.
Kids need to be at the games ONE HOUR prior to the start of each game for warmups.
Make sure the kids are getting a good meal before each game and drinking plenty of water.
Make sure the kids are drinking plenty of water before practices and bring plenty of water. Also, some fields that we will play on only allow water. No sports drinks.
Check mouth guards often. Any mouth guards that have excessive chewing wear to them, will need to be replaced before your son can practice. Coaches will be checking equipment and if they see a problem, they will let you know.
