Since 1983, the mission of Clark County Youth Football (C.C.Y.F.) has been, and still is today, to provide the youth of Clark County regardless of race, gender, or creed, the opportunity to participate in controlled athletic competition. To instill good sportsmanship, values of fair play and good conduct. To promote tolerance between youth through their common interest, to encourage adults to behave in an exemplary manner when supervising youth while keeping the welfare of youth foremost and free from any adult compulsion for power and glory.

Who Is CCYF?

CCYF (Clark County Youth Football) is the only Non-Profit, volunteer youth football program that has been continuously servicing the Clark County community since 1983.  No organization has safely provided the opportunity to play youth football in Clark County longer than CCYF.

Is CCYF safe?

The reason CCYF is the most popular and most highly regarded youth program in the county is because Safety has always been the most important attribute.  Studies repeatedly show that with properly fitted safety equipment and certified coaches injuries are greatly minimized.  There is nothing more important in the CCYF organization than player safety.

Who will my child play with and how are the teams formed?

Teams are formed based upon the grade that the child is in and the school that they attend.  CCYF recognizes the importance of children having the opportunity to play with their peers.

Where will my child practice?

Practices are held at public school facilities, which are assigned according to availability, given by each team’s school district.

When and where are games played?

Games are scheduled on Saturdays at local high school stadiums and middle school fields.

Will my child be asked to do any FUNDRAISING?

Absolutely NOT!!!  It is not necessary for any athlete to participate in a fundraising event.

What does my fee cover?

  • All safety equipment
  • Officials
  • Certified Athletic Trainers
  • Insurance
  • Field costs
  • Game Equipment
  • Uniforms
  • Coach’s training

Basically CCYF is a safe fun-filled experience where your child can play with their friends learning skills that enhance the high school experience as a football player.
