The Bismarck/Mandan Soccer Referee Association (BMSRA) will be conducting an entry level soccer referee clinic for anyone who would like to become a certified referee or assistant referee. In addition, a recertification class will also be held to keep up existing creditials.
This clinic is FREE of charge and is mandatory for anyone wanting to register with the United States Soccer Federation. This is mandatory for anyone wanting to officiate summer club soccer games and BSL games. The only fee is the $40 registration fee with ND Referee Association, payable upon successful completion of the test.
