Welcome to the official internet site of the Cambria County Student Hockey League and the Johnstown Warriors'.
The Johnstown Warriors are proud members of the Pittsburgh Amateur Hockey League.
The Johnstown Warriors are a part of the Cambria County Student Hockey League. The C.C.S.H.L. is a non-profit organization promoting amateur hockey in the Johnstown-Cambria County region. Each year the C.C.S.H.L. organizes developmental, house league and P.A.H.L. travel teams from Mini-Mite to Midget age classifications.

2008-2009 Johnstown Warriors' Midget Tryouts Scheduled....
The CCSHL will conduct tryouts for Johnstown Warriors' teams at the Midget level birth year's 1990-1991-1992-1993 at Planet Ice on the following dates.
The CCSHL will attempt to field a U18AA, U16AA and U18A teams.
Sunday, July 20th 8:00-9:15pm
Sunday, July 27th 8:00-9:15pm
Monday, August 4th 8:15-9:30pm
Tryout Fee is $25.00
Players will also be asked to present a committment fee in the form of a check for $150.00. Following team selections, players will have a period of time in which they can decline their roster spot. If a player declines his placement on a team prior to the deadline, the check will be returned. The committment fee will become non-refundable after the deadline passes. Those accepting their spots on teams will have their committment fee placed towards their 2008-2009 season assessment.
Check back soon for information on Pre-Tryout Ice Sessions. These sessions will consist of a few high tempo drills and scrimmage. This is a great way to get back on the ice and tune up your game for tryouts. Dates will be posted once finalized.

Warriors' Midget Pre-Tryout Warm-up Sessions.....
Johnstown Warriors' have scheduled pre-tryout warm-up sessions for the upcoming Midget tryouts. These sessions are designed to help players get back on the ice and fine tune their game prior to tryouts. Sessions consist of several high tempo drills followed by scrimmage time. The sessions will cost $10 per player payable at the door the day of the session. The sessions are scheduled as follows...

Tuesday, July 15 8:30-9:30pm
Thursday, July 17 9:25-10:25pm

The CCSHL would like to thank all of the participants in the Mite through Bantam levels for this year's tryouts. Your hard work and effort was appreciated and definitely made for some very difficult decisions in the end. CCSHL Aims To Develop Local Sled Hockey Program....
The CCSHL is continuing efforts to develop and grow a sled hockey program in the area for any person of any age with any disability. Currently, the only sled hockey program is the Mighty Penguins based out of the Pittsburgh area. For more information on sled hockey, check out the sled hockey link on the left side of the page.
Group Ice Skills Development Camp Coming To Planet Ice....
The 2008 Group Ice Skills Development Camp is coming to Planet Ice on July 28th through August 1st. The camp will be open to players of all age levels and ability with a focus on skill development. Camp will consist two on-ice sessions per day, off-ice training and lecture. The camp will feature an experienced staff of instructors including current and former Johnstown Chiefs Randy Rowe, Joe Tallari and Dmitri Tarabrin as well as Tampa Bay Lightning Development Coach Frank Anzalone and Francis Anzalone who was the head coach of the Johnstown Warriors' Bantam A Minor Team.
