Team Philospophy
Our philosophy is simple: Respect yourself, your teammate, your opponent, your coaches and ALL parents. Treat yourself as you desire to be treated. Strive for excellence
in what you do: school, friendships, sports and family. Be a teacher when presented the opportunity, as we all have things we can share.
Our Goal
Our goal is to always play with intensity, strong individual technical skill, with great tactical knowledge and always as a team. Our coaches emphasize commitment, teamwork, technique, conditioning, loyalty, development, and academics. Many of our players have been on the team for many years, many great player additions have been made. Since we started and continue to grow as a team, teammates, coaches and parents have taught the ladies many valuable lessons that will last them throughout their lives.
Always remember
Respect your opponent, never under estimate what you or they can do, strive to improve always! Challenge Yourself
“a mind is like a parachute, it only works when it is open”. Take every opportunity to learn and improve and you will become that much better at the game of and whatever else you do!
Words To Live By
PERFECTION
- Being - “Perfect” means you’ve done ALL you can and you have been the best teammate you can be. You can’t control the hand
life deals you, and you can’t always control the outcome of events, but you can control your effort. When you’ve given your ALL on the field,
then – win or lose – You can look each other (teammates and everyone else) in the eye and be Proud!
- Coach Gaynes 1988 Odessa, Texas Premian High, Football Head Coach.
