    Sun 3/18/07 4pm - 7:30pm Lady Lions Practice Dates Our Sunday practices consist of getting them in shape by running with a medicine ball. The sizes ranges from seven to eleven pounds. Then, they do what is called around the world. Around the world is a workout exercise. They jump heavy ropes,leg raises, practices of defense, practices on offense, and jumping over cones. The team does about five times. It is a perfect way to get the girls in shape for a game. This will teach them discipline and they won't get tired easily in a basketball game. Then, we run some of our play. The girls are taught step by step the play. After we run the drill over and over, there is a short scrimmage against the boys. This helps them to become stronger and tougher. Capitol High School
    Wed 3/14/07 6pm - 8pm Lady Lions Practice Dates This Wednesday practice is a short practice. They learn drills and run them. We play certain basketball games to help them. We also play a scrimmage against their dads. Capitol Middle School
