Coconut Creek Girls Softball: Welcome

Coconut Creek Girls Softball (CCGS) is a non-profit organization designed to give girls a chance to learn a great game, meet new friends and have some FUN!  CCGS has sanctioned with USSSA to better serve our girls in the community. USSSA will allow us to play the joining cities around us enabling us to grow our own program and provide an experience that our girls won’t forget.

Practices will start in January and games will be played from mid February to mid May.

Registration fees and discounts:

Cost is $130. A $10 discount will be applied for each additional sibling registered. Online registrations will be charged an extra processing fee.

Payment options:

Cash or checks only will be taken for walk in registrations.

Required Forms:

If this is the child’s first year playing in our league proof of age is required to be presented at registration or at the team’s first practice. Documents accepted are a copy of their birth certificate or a copy of their passport.  Also proof that the parents (or legal guardian) are residents of the city of Coconut Creek is required. Acceptable documents are a copy of a valid driver’s license or a utility bill. Non-residents can still register but need to purchase a City’s Youth Sports Card for $60. Important Recreational Season information:

 Practices Start: Week of the 23rd of January

Opening Day Ceremony: February 18th

Championship Games: May 12th

End of Year Picnic: May 19th

Be a Volunteer! CCGS is a volunteer based organization. We will need many volunteers to help us with managing, coaching, as team moms, score keeping, fund raisers, and many other activities we have planned for this year.
