Arkansas Youth Football Camp 2013 featuring Coach Monte Coleman and the UAPB Coaching Staff presented by IYFL

Thank you for selecting the IYFL Football Camp 2013 featuring Coach Monte Coleman and the UAPB Coaching Staff. We are confident that you will both enjoy and benefit from the instruction you will receive at our camp. Included in this packet is all of the important information you will need to prepare for camp. Please review this information carefully. Early Registration ends on May 27, 2013. Registration received after that date will need to be paid on the day of .

Check-In and Schedule:  Registration is $35.00 per child during Early Registration. Registration the day of will cost $45.00 per child. Check-in for children ages 5-8 will begin at 7:30 am until 8:30 am on June 8, 2013 at Central High School. Ages 9-17 will begin the check-in process at 9:30 am until 10:30 am. Any outstanding balances due or consent forms will need to be collected at this time. All registration payments should be in the form of Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks. NO EXCEPTIONS. Campers will not be permitted to participate in the camp if their accounts are not paid in full upon arrival.

Campers should be dropped off no earlier than 7:30 am and picked up no later than 3:30 pm.

Age Group and Activities: The children will be divided into groups according to their ages: Flag will consist of children ages 5 and 6. Tackle will consist of children ages 7-17. Children ages 5-8 will have the morning camp from 9 am to 11 am. Children ages 9-17 will have the afternoon camp from 12 pm – 3 pm.

Parent Consent, Waiver and Release Form: Campers may only participate in a camp’s activities after they have submitted a Parent Consent, Waiver and Release Form (“Consent Form”). Consent & Registration Forms should be mailed to:

The Consent Form should be fully completed and signed by the camper’s parent or guardian. The parent or guardian should disclose the camper’s pertinent medical history, including but limited to, any medications which the camper is currently taking or required to take.

What to bring:

Shorts, Tennis Shoes                                      

Water, Gatorade and Fruit will be provided for the children throughout the camp. Concession will be provided.

Medications:  Campers may only carry medications to camp if such medications are intended to treat a potentially life-threatening condition

Cancellations/Refunds: All cancellations must be received in writing prior to that start if the camp session. Cancellations received after the start of the camp will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel and obtain a refund, please email Khedra Henry at khedra_h@yahoo.com .

Filming at Camp: Parents, guardians, campers and other spectators are not permitted to film any camp activities. Parents, guardians and other spectators may take photographs during camp provided that: (1) they remain in the public spectator areas; (2) the photography does not interfere with camp activities; (3) they cease taking pictures if requested by a member of the camp staff; and (4) photographs of campers are only taken with their consent.
