Strength & Conditioning Program 2004
*Champions are made in the off-season*! Strength and conditioning will be held during the Winter months of February to April.
Target areas will be Weight training and speed training. Program is open to all students who plan to play Fall sports.
Times will be Wednesdays from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Trophy Presentation to the Champions- Cedar Grove Middle 2003 the trophy was presented by Mr. C. Henderson-Dekalb County Athletic Director and Mr. Ron Sebree- Asst. Athletic coordinator to Ms. D.Rives- Principal and the Cedar Grove Wildcat football team. The Game was played at Memoral Stadium,Dekalb County Georga. Final score was Cedar Grove-14 Bethune-0

The 7-0-1 Cedar Grove Middle School Wildcats won the first ever DeKalb County true Championship game for 2003 14-0 versus Bethune Middle School. The Wildcats have played 23 straight shutout qtrs. of football, and have not punted the football in 2 years!. The wildcats have also not lost a regular season game in 2 seasons. This team has played hard and was unselfish all season!
