For any Referee that needs to recert for their 2010 patch:

There is a recert class on December 14th @ 6:00 at the Verdigris Fire station annex building.  The building is at the U5 through U12 soccer fields.

General Information for CSA Referees: 

• Arrive 30 minutes before the game to allow enough time to get situated, stretched out, and do pre-game activities so that the games can start on time.
• Before your game, each referee (including ARs) needs to obtain a game card from the concession area.
• After the game, each referee will turn in their completed game card at the concession area and sign the referee assignment list.  You will be paid cash at that time.
• I will keep track of your games through the use of the game cards.  At the end of each season I will send you a list of your games.  If you wish to upgrade your license beyond an 08, you will need a list of the games you have done.
• If you cannot get to the game you are assigned, call me (Molly) at 918-724-1074, so that we can get it covered.
• Weather cancellations:  Normally, the only weather-related reason the club cancels games is for lightening.  If the weather is questionable, check the club web site.
• Reschedules: Coaches wishing to change their game date/time must notify me 48 hours in advance.  If you are assigned a game and it is subsequently changed, I will try to make contact with you immediately.  Please be sure I have your phone number.
