Loving God, in your generosity you have given us strength and talent and grace.  You have given these gifts to the other team, as well.  We pray to do our best.  We hope you will keep both teams free from injury and help us to play fair.  We want to win, but will keep smiling, whatever the score.  Watch over us and guide us.  Be our coach in all things that come our way.  Amen.
