We will be offering (2) 6-week sessions of the Blue Print I and II this year:

Session 1 - March 31, 2014 thru May 14, 2014

Session 2 - June 9, 2014 thru July 16, 2014

NEW FOR BLUE PRINT I IN 2014:

CatesSports will provide evalulation of participants using standardized functional performance test and state of the art testing equipment using F.A.T (fully automated timing), which removes human reaction error, therefore standardizing athlete performance measurement and comparison.

  • Motivate the athlete
  • Place the athlete in the appropriate training group
  • Pinpoint athletic deficiencies and analysis for corrections
  • Measure improvement
  • Enable the trainers to evaluate the efficiency of the Blue Print I training

Blue Print I

Are you looking for the highest level of sports performance training in the Upstate?

Do you want to increase speed and agility? 

If so, The Blue Print I is for you.  Cates Sports has developed this unique 6 week performance training program that focuses on speed agility, strength, quickness, reaction and endurance.

This non-sport specific athletic training gives our clients the tools they need to improve their overall game.  Upon completion of The Blue Print I training, our clients overall sports performance will be significantly elevated.  This leaves the athlete feeling more confident, more athletic and better positioned for sucess on the field. 

This program is for athletes of all sports.  Put your skills to the test and see why The Blue Print I is the "Game Plan for Success."

Day/Time

1 hour per day, 2 times per week for 6 weeks

Monday and Wednesday - 5:45pm - 6:45pm

Location - Eastside High School - Taylors, SC

NEW FOR BLUE PRINT II IN 2014:

CatesSports will be incorporating USA Football's Heads Up Tackling program. The program is a step-by-step protocol to teach the core principles of tackling and sets a new standard in player safety. The program utilizes five fundamentals through a series of drills to reinforce proper tackling mechanics and teach players how to properly tackle with a focus on reducing helmet to helmet contacts.

Blue Print II  (football specific)

Parents and coaches are all looking to gain a competitive advantage for their child and/or players. To help you attain that goal, Cates Sports has developed The Blue Print II, a unique 6 week sports training program that focuses on "Teaching the Game of Football".

We specifically tailored this program to meet any players need. After completion of the The Blue Print II, the athlete's overall football knowledge and performance will be elevated. This leaves the athlete feeling more confident, more athletic and better positioned for success.

If you are a quarterback, wide receiver, running back or defensive back and would like to enhance or elevate you performance, put your skills to the test and see why The Blue Print II is the "Game Plan for Success".

Day/Time

1 hour per day, 2 times per week for 6 weeks

Monday and Wednesday - 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Location - Eastside High School - Taylors, SC

Pricing

Blue Print I - $20 per week

Blue Print II - $30 per week

Blue Print I & II - $40 per week (includes $10 discount for participating in both sessions)

*Payment can be made in full or paid weekly.  Weekly payments are due on Monday of each week.*
