Again this year, all local Little Leagues are required to conduct background checks on Managers, Coaches, Board of Directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players or teams.

Revised Volunteer Form

The link below will open the current Little League Volunteer form that all volunteers who are in contact with Little League players are required to complete and turn in to your local Little League. Cascade Little League's Safety Officer will be the individual collecting the forms and processing the information. A photo copy of the Volunteer's State issued Drivers License or Identification card must accompany the Volunteer form.
