Casa Grande Little League: Registration

While we would like to accept all players, in order to play in the Casa Grande Little League you must reside in our League Boundaries and provide proof during registration. This form tells you the types of documents you will need during that process.

2012 Registration Form

Parents are required to fill out this medical information and release form as part of the registration process. These forms are kept by the coaches in case of emergencies during a practice or game where the parent may not be present.

Thanks for considering being a volunteer for the Casa Grande Little League. To volunteer, please fill out this form, attach a copy of your driver's license or state authorized ID, and provide a copy to a Board Member. Thanks again
