2010 Matmen Club Registration
 To all wrestlers,

 


The Cary Matmen Wrestling Club registration will again be done mostly ONLINE this year! 

3 things will be needed before we consider a wrestler as registered. 

1. Fill out the below Survey.

2. Pay via Paypal links below. $150 for first wrestler, $130 for each additional sibling.

3. Completed Forms needing signatures (See below Handout Link) and copies of Birth Certificates (only if you did not Register with IKWF last year) will need to be sent to :

In the event we still have openings, an "in-person" registration will be held on Saturday October 10th from 10am. to 12 noon at the Cary Library Community Room.

REMINDER: Club Registration is limited to first 50 applicants and ALL 3 THINGS above need to be completed.
