Orange County Jr. All-American Football And It's Affiliates Have A Great
Deal Of Concern About The Safety & Abuse Of Children.
We Believe You Are Entitled To Know How Our Organization Is Dealing
With This Critical Issue.
_________________________________________
As An Applicant For A Volunteer/Staff Position With Our Organization, You Need To
Know The Measures We Employ To Protect The Children In Our Care, As Well
As All Volunteers From this Serious Problem.
OCJAAF Will Not Knowingly Allow Any Person Convicted Of A Crime Of Violence,
Physical Abuse, Sale Of Illegal Substances, Or Has Other Convictions That Would
Indicate A Pattern Of Behavior That Would Have A Detrimental Effect On Children,
To Be Placed In a position That would Involve Direct Contact With Kids.
CARSON Will Not Tolerate The Abuse Of Any Child & Will Make An Active And Ongoing
Effort To Prevent ANY Child Abuse In Our Program. We Attempt To Screen Out
Anyone Who Poses An Unreasonable Risk To Our Children Through A Background
Check. Further, We Try To Structure Our Activities So That Volunteers/Staff
Are NOT Necessarily Left Alone With Children.
We Take Any Allegations Of Children And/Or Others VERY Seriously. We Will Refer
Allegations To The California State Law Enforcement Authorities For
Investigation & Will FULLY Cooperate In Any Subsequent Investigation.
In Advance, Thank You!
We Appreciate Your Full Cooperation In This Matter.
