Tuesday, December 13
Caroline Quindlen, Gabby Niskanen, Christine Loughery and Katie Giuliani powered Archbishop Carroll to a 97-86 nonleague victory over Plymouth-Whitemarsh.
The quartet won the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays. Quindlen also touched the wall first in the 200 individual medley and the 100 backstroke. Niskanen claimed gold in the 100 free and 100 breaststroke. Loughery won the 200 free and 100 butterfly.

Hello Everyone!!
I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend! Here is our schedule for the week. I believe that we will have our team suits for tomorrow's meet, but please still bring a suit just in case.
Monday 12/12 - Swim Meet at Plymouth Whitemarsh HS for boys and girls. The bus will be leaving at 2:30 from the East Caf. Please meet Andrea down there as soon as you can. Warm ups begin at 3:00pm. I will be at PW waiting for you! If your parents are coming to the meet they are allowed to bring you home, but please let me know ahead of time so I'm not looking for you after the meet. The bus will take you back to Carroll if you need to get picked up there. We should be finished up by 5-5:30. There is no practice!
Tuesday 12/13 - Practice at Valley Forge 6:30

Friday 12/16 - This is the day we will be performing our team service project. As I told you at the parent meeting, we will be helping to pack up food baskets for needy families in the Philadelphia area. My dad has been running this charity for the last 22 years and helped pack these baskets last year. Please meet at The Barn at Mermaid Lake at 6:30. We should be there for about an hour. Carpooling is recommended. If the parents would like to stay and help it would be appreciated.

Hello All!
As promised here is the schedule for the swim meets this year. Remember all meets are MANDATORY!! You will not swim in the following meet if you are absent without talking to any of the coaches first. Information for the relay carnival and championships will follow at a later date, once we have finalized all plans.
Remember all of our HOME meets are at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. There is no transportation provided for these meets. Any AWAY meets there will be transportation to and from the meet.

P.S. If you need to try on a suit still, I will have the sizing kit at practice on Monday. All order forms need to be turned in to either the coaches or the school ASAP. We are still getting the pricing for the jackets, so they can be held up for now. Thanks!

Sunday, December 18th - HOME MEET vs. Roman Catholic at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. This is a BOYS ONLY meet. 12:30 warm up/1:00 start.
Thursday, December 22nd - AWAY MEET vs. Norristown High School at Norristown High School. This is a Boys and Girls meet. 3:00 warm up/3:30 start.
Tuesday, December 27th - Relay Carnival at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. Meet start at 6:00pm. More info will follow on this meet. This is for boys and girls.
Saturday, January 7th - HOME MEET vs. Bonner/Prendie at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. This is a Boys and Girls meet. 5:30 warm up/6:00pm start.
Sunday, January 8th - HOME MEET vs. Lansdale Catholic at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. This is a Boys and Girls meet. 12:00 warm up/12:30 start.
