Sponsorship of a Carpe Diem Team or the club itself is the best way to get your club dues paid for. Start now- don't wait until January. Below are all of the forms that you will need to do this.
70% of all media guide ads sold or team or club sponsorships goes to you. I you need a copy of the media guide to show someone let me know.

Sponsorship Ad Form
This is the form that you will need to have a sponsor fill out and turn in with their company name/logo.

This is also the form for someone who would like to buy an AD space in our Media Guide.

Sponsor Letter
This is a letter written to a business owner explaining what the Sponsorship of Carpe Diem involves and the cost. You can simply hand this to them and they should understand what is going on.
