Carolina All-Stars Girls Basketball to host 2013 Carolina All-Stars Spring Hoops Tip-Off on March 16 - 17, 2013 in Durham, North Carolina for 7th & 8th Grade Teams. This is a 4 game minimum tournament. There is an excellent awards package for the top two teams and players.
