Brief Description: Carolina All-Stars Girls Basketball 2005 Season 9-Ur, 10-Ur & 11-U Tryouts will be held Sunday, December 12th & 19th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. ALL PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE OF TRYOUTS. Please bring a copy of player birth certificate along with $ 25.00 tryout registration fee to tryout registration. For tryouts, players are asked to wear a white (or light colored) t-shirt and bring black (or dark colored) t-shirt. Reversible jerseys with a light and dark side are also OK.

The Carolina All-Stars Girls Basketball AAU/YBOA Organization located in Durham provides opportunities for girls ages 5 – 15 to improve their basketball skills, develop character and compete against the best female athletes in the country. In 2004, CAS teams won titles in Durham, Salisbury, Pinehurst, Asheville, Thomasville, Winston-Salem and Cocoa Beach, Florida.

The Carolina All-Stars team members excel in the classroom as honor roll students achieving an overall organization grade point average of over 3.5.

If basketball is your daughter’s love, give her the opportunity she deserves to benefit from our experience and training and come to the Carolina All-Stars tryouts.

Middle School Player Development Success (18) 2004 11U & 12U Carolina All-Stars players made their 2004 – 05 middle school team, including (10) 7th graders. ALL (18) Carolina All-Stars players have been starters on their middle school teams.

Welcome to the Carolina All-Stars!! The Carolina All-Stars provide opportunities for girls to improve their basketball skills, develop character and compete against the best female athletes in the country. We are fortunate to have dedicated coaches providing excellent instruction to help every girl be the best that she can be at the game of basketball. Our hope is that the experience of the girls with the Carolina All-Stars will be positive. Our organization is not just about basketball. Having fun, making new friends, and learning to be good sports are all key elements of our organization. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

11 and Under Carolina All-Stars 3rd Straight NC AAU CHAMPIONSHIP


The Carolina All-Stars 11 and Under team finished the weekend with their 3rd straight North Carolina AAU State Championship.  While doing this, they remain undefeated in the State of North Carolina in there age group 3 years in a row.  Way to go girls!!!

Carolina All-Stars 10u Places Third in The Nation in AAU Divison 1!!!


Carolina All-Stars 10u Finishes 3rd in Division 1 at AAU Nationals!  There was a great effort by all girls.  Congratulations to ALL.

Carolina All-Stars 9 and Under Capture the YBOA National Title

Carolina All-Stars 9 and Under are YBOA National Champions

The Carolina All-Stars 9 and Under team have arrived back home with some serious hardware.  They have come back with the 9 and Under Girls National Champions Title and National Championship Trophy.  Girls traveling to nationals were: Tajah Clark, Amber Courtney, Tamia Eatmon, Quineshia Graham, Kiara Jacobs, Mariah Jacobs, Mon  Jones, Brittany Kelly, Jamia Kenan, Imari McLean, Jazmyne Norwood, Nakeisha Revels, Kirsten Smith, Bryanna Staton, and Jessica Wall. The girls played an awesome tournament and went undefeated during bracket play.  Special thanks to Coaches Brian Norwood, John Courtney and Sherai Jones.  The girls also capture many individual and team awards which are listed below.  Excellent Job Ladies!!!
