A big thank you to everyone who participated in the yard sale this past Saturday! The turn out was good and we cleared a little over $800. This is pretty good considering we didn't have many big ticket items to sell.
Special thanks to Robbie & Kay Lee for hosting and opening their home for us, it was very much appreciated!
Honorary Mention: Coach Mike receives the Best Salesman Award for the Yard Sale! Way to go Coach Mike.

1st Annual Carolina Heat Golf Tournament Fund Raiser - Friday, November 14, 2008!
Carolina Heat Baseball, Inc. will be hosting a Golf Tournament Fund Raiser at Reedy Creek Golf Course on Friday, November 14, 2008...
Tee off will be at noon!
The registration fee is $60 per person. If you or someone you know plays golf please plan to participate! We are asking that you have a "team" of four people. If you can get two, three, or more teams please do so. The more teams we have the better! Teams of "4" will play for prizes. The Application and Sponsor form is attached. The entry deadline is Wednesday, November 5th.
NEED SPONSORS
We are in need of Sponsors who will be willing to donate $100 to sponsor a hole for the tournament. At each hole, a sign will be displayed that includes the sponsor's information! All and any $$ donations are accepted including anonymous donations.

The Heat is the Beast of the East!
The coaches would like to express what a great job the boys did this past weekend, we are very proud of their effort and accomplishment. When you consider that we were coming off one of our longest layoffs since forming this team, our first tournament, playing teams that have continuously been playing or had several tournaments under their belts, and having to play three straight games back to back to back in the heat to win the championship, is just awesome. Parents, thank you for your dedication, enthusiasm, and support of Heat Baseball.

12U Baseball Season Begins....
Hope everyone has had a wonderful summer break and are ready to kick off a spectacular 12U baseball season with Carolina Heat Baseball, Inc. Practices have began and the smell of a great season is in the air!
*SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:We have two"new" players that have joined the Heat for the 12U Fall Season. They are #15 Vincent Addona and #23 Matt Young! Both of these players bring many years of competitive baseball experience with them. Please welcome Vincent and Matt to the Heat Family!
Fall game schedule is still being determined. As soon as I have a tentative schedule I will post on the calendar. Fundraiser information will be coming soon as well.....
