Timeline of Camp Registration and Acceptance
1. Register online at www.roywilliamsuncbasketballcamp.com.
2. An e-mail is sent confirming we have received your registration and we will review it for acceptance (this is sent to the e-mail address you entered during registration). Attached to this e-mail is the camp medical form (the form should be completed and mailed as soon as possible to the camp office (address on the form). Please note your son can not be officially accepted until we receive the camp medical form. This e-mail is sent immediately after you register. Please print this e-mail for your records - this will serve as your receipt if your son is accepted.
3. Your application is reviewed by our staff and a second detailed e-mail will be sent confirming your acceptance/non-acceptance. Remember, we must receive the medical card before your son is accepted to camp. The e-mail will be sent within one week of receiving the camp medical form. Please print this e-mail confirmation.
