MONTHLY TUITION SCHEDULE: (eff. 11/1/09)
1 Class/week $54.00/month
2 Classes/week $90.00/month
3 Classes/week $120.00/month
4 Classes/week $145.00/month
5 Classes/week $167.00/month
6 Classes/week $185.00/month
7 Classes/week $203.00/month
8 Classes/week $218.00/month

Each additional class/week $15.00/month

Please Note: Rates are the same for individual students and families with multiple students.   Example: One student taking three classes or three siblings taking one class each, equates to the same price.   To calculate tuition with a 1.5 hour class, simply add $12.00 for each 1.5 hour class to the above fee schedule.

Adult Class Information
Adult classes are charged at the regular tuition rates. Adults who have a child dancing at the studio should simply add your class(es) to the total number of weekly classes and calculate tuition accordingly.

Any student over the age of 18 is considered an "adult" student and cannot enroll in regular "student" classes. Students over the age of 18 (even if related) are enrolled as individual accounts and do not qualify for family discounts.

Registration Information

All students are required to pay an "Annual Registration Fee". Once you've paid your "Reg Fee", you are covered for the remainder of the dance year. (July-June) Please check the following table for the registration fee that applies to you. When you enroll during any part of a particular time period, that amount will apply.

July - June: Registration fee is $35.00 per student.

November - June: Registration fee is $30.00 per student.

January - June: Registration fee is $25.00 per student.

March - June: Registration fee is $20.00 per student.

May - June: Registration fee is $10.00 per student.

 

*If you take a break of 30 days or more, upon your return from the same "dance year" you will be required to pay a $12.00 re-enrollment fee.  If you are returning from a previous dance year you will pay the full Registration Fee according to the date of your return.

**REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.

***ONLY ENROLLED STUDENTS MAY PARTICIPATE IN CLASSES AND OTHER STUDIO PROGRAMS.

(Summer Dance Camps are not subject to this policy)

 



Payment Procedure

Monthly tuition is due at the time of your first lesson, or by the 10th, and is due automatically. Advance billing statements are NOT mailed. When you attend any part of particular month, you are commiting to pay tuition for the remainder of that calendar month. For example: You attend the first 2-lessons of the month but then decide to drop classes (for whatever reason) before finishing that calendar month...you are responsible to pay for the entire calendar month.

Saturday is considered a business day and payments are accepted during regular office hours (8:30am - 12:30pm). If the 10th falls on a Sunday, tuition may be paid on Monday the 11th without incurring a late fee.

!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A MONTHLY BILLING STATEMENT !!!

A $20.00 late fee will be charged if payment is received after the 10th of the month. All enrolled students are expected to pay the full monthly tuition regardless of the number of classes attended. The value of un-attended lessons is not refundable or transferable. If you decide to drop any class(es), please notify your instructor and the studio office.

*A $25.00 fee will be charged for any check returned by the bank. Returned checks are not re-deposited.

Students with outstanding tuition may forfeit their reserved space. Payment boxes are located at both the Roosevelt Street and State Street studios for your convenience. Mail-in payments must be RECEIVED by the 10th of the month and should be mailed to:

Vacations or Extended Breaks

If you take a vacation or extended break from dance, please notify your instructors AND the studio office.  This will prevent charges or late fees for classes you did not attend.  If your break lasts 30-days or more, you will be automatically dropped from that class.  If all classes are dropped, you will be charged the re-enrollment fee upon your return. 

NOTE:  If there is a waiting list for the class, you could lose your place on the roster.  However, you may reserve your spot (30-days max.) by paying your full monthly tuition during your absence.  **It is the teacher's final decision to allow more or fewer days with this policy.  If you plan on returning to the same class(es), you must speak to your instructor in advance for approval.
