CAPS 2009 Committees
Below are the CAPS 2009 Committees. If you are interested in joining a committee, please contact the committee chair. We encourage you to volunteer your time to help us build a better softball league!!
Sponsorship Committee: Co-Chairs: Ed Vincent (edv1265@aol.com) and Robert York (ryork22207@aol.com)
Market to potential League Sponsors for monetary and "in kind" donations. Also assist teams with finding Team Sponsors.
Publicity/Membership Committee: Co-Chairs: Jeramy Scovell (jrmyscvll@gmail.com) and Erica Corso (erica.corso5@gmail.com)
Market the League through media and bar events in an attempt to grow membership.
Social Committee: Co-Chairs: Mike Romano (mjromano@gmail.com) and Zina Williams (zinawilliams343@hotmail.com)
Coordinate all social events of the League, including the Kick Off Party, Pride events, Host Bar events, End of Season Party, etc.
Hall of Fame/Memorial Committee: Chair: Wayne Dotson (jesse61096@aol.com)
Implement and maintain a Hall of Fame for members with longevity with the League. Submit nominations for the NAGAAA & ASANA Hall of Fames. Establish a way to remember members that have passed away and coordinate sending flowers on behalf of the League when a member passes away.

Coordinate fund raising events to make donations to charities.
MAGIC Tournament Committee: Co-Chairs: Kevin Zajac (kevin.j.zajac@gmail.com) and Scott Trump (scott_trump@hotmail.com)
Make all preparations and coordinate all events surrounding the MAGIC Tournament. This includes promoting/advertising the event, registration, coordinating hotel reservations, fields, umpires & equipment, setting up game brackets and coordinating all social events during the MAGIC weekend.
