During spring and summer 2009 the Capitalland Lacrosse and Field Hockey Club will be running two separate programs for men: Pre-Mohawk Evening Lacrosse in spring and Evening Lacrosse in summer.
Both of these programs will be played on the turf at the Sportsplex in Halfmoon.
MEN'S SUMMER EVENING LACROSSE
We will play on the Tuesday nights from June 16 through August 4 (excluding June 30) from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The fee for each program is $16 per night or $90 for all nights.
This program is set up in a weekly come and play format and not a league. This format will allow those who can't commit to Mohawk an opportunity to come and play once a week, or only a few times over a busy summer. Since we will be playing on a night when Mohawk doesn't play (Tuesdays), those playing in Mohawk can also come and get a second night of lacrosse in each week.
This program concentrates on having a good run in a fun atmosphere. All levels of players from beginners to advanced are welcome.
SITE
The Sportsplex of Halfmoon is located off Exit 8A of the Northway. Head east off the exit until you reach Route 9. Turn left and go about two miles. The Sportsplex is on the left behind the Soccer Unlimited store on Corporate Drive. Enter Corporate Drive at the sign for Pai's Tae-Kwon-Doe.

EQUIPMENT
Players must wear personal equipment mandated by high school lacrosse regulations. There will be requisite equipment available for rent by any person in need.

Registrations will also be accepted 1/2 hour prior to each scheduled session as long as space is available.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If weather conditions are threatening, please contact 527-6110 or 527-1340 one hour before play for information as to whether programs will be in session.
