This year we are offering the following programs on Thursdays and/or Sundays for girls in grades K-12:
Advanced Skills Program/Grades 10-12
Novice/Beginner Program/Grades 5-10
Co-ed K-5 Non-Contact Beginner Program/Grades K-5
Each level will be coached by some of the area's finest high school and college-level coaches. Mary Lou Vosburgh, former SUNY Albany Women's Lacrosse Head Coach, will be our main instructor.
Each player will be given quality instruction that fits that player's level of experience. That instruction includes: stick handling, catching, passing, cradling, offensive tactics and techniques, defensive tactics and techniques, team concepts, goalkeeping skills, and live game skills and tactics, as well as field evaluations and coaches' recommendations.
Please read over the sections below for more information.
