2009 WINTER II PROGRAMS (NOV/DEC)
Capitalland Lacrosse is offering 2009 Winter II programs on the indoor turf fields of the Sportsplex in Halfmoon. We're offering both leagues and instructional programs. Players can participate in both types of programs, as times do not overlap.
Thursday programs will run from 11/5 through 12/17, excluding 11/26, which will be made up on Friday, 11/27.
Sunday programs will run from 11/8 through 12/20.
Register by mail to: 7 Azalea Ct., Clifton Park, NY, 12065. You can also register a half-hour prior to each scheduled session, as long as we have room available.
These programs highlight our expert coaching staff's ability to teach advanced, intermediate, novice and beginning players the right way to play lacrosse. Our coaches will use the same skills, drills and live scrimmages used to mold numerous all-league and all-American lacrosse players.

--JV & Freshman/Thursdays (Start times between 6-8 p.m. with possible 5 p.m. or 9 p.m. game)
--Modified/Sundays (Start times between 3-4 p.m.)
The league format of play will include weekly divisional play. Records will be kept. A playoff tournament will be held after the regular session league games conclude. Each game will be officiated by a qualified referee.
A team can be formed by any of the following means:
(1) A local school team can enter as one team;
(2) A group from a local school can form a partial team. This group of players will be put on a team with another group of players. All players from each school will be placed on the same team unless it is impossible to do so due to player positions or conflicts with league structure; and
(3) An individual players can sign up as a free agent.

THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS LACROSSE
Special round-robin lacrosse tournaments. Just arrive early to play; no need to sign up ahead of time. We'll play three games, culminating in a championship shoot-out.
