For Wednesdays 7/8 through 7/29:
VARSITY: 7-8 p.m.
JV/FRESHMAN: 6-7 p.m.
MODIFIED 5TH-8TH: 7-8 p.m.
We still have a few open slots for interested players--just arrive 20 minutes prior to start time to sign up.

For the past 17 years, Capitalland Lacrosse and Field Hockey has been offering the highest quality instruction for lacrosse and field hockey players of all ages.
Our coaching philosophy is to teach the sports of lacrosse and field hockey the right way in a healthy learning environment conducive to sportsmanship.
We place similar age-and-skill level players together and teach them the skills they need to master that level, then develop the skills necessary to improve in the sport.
From beginners to varsity-level players, we give each group the quality instruction they need to be successful. Our coaching staff includes some of the finest present and former high-school and college coaches this area has to offer. With many years of coaching and playing experience our coaches bring the latest and finest techniques in lacrosse and field hockey to players today.

If inclement weather should arise prior to any scheduled event, call us at 527-1340 or 527-6110 an hour before start time to check for possible cancellations or suspensions of play.
