Capital District Titans: Welcome

Mandatory Team Meeting Planned for January 4th at 7:15 pm at All-Stars Academy

The Titans will have a mandatory team meeting on Wednesday, January 4th beginning at 7:15 pm at All-Stars Academy in Latham. It is important that at least 1 parent from each family attend this meeting (feel free to bring the kids!). I will talk about our goals, plans, and expectations for the upcoming season. We have some great tournaments planned and the regular season should be exciting as well. This is going to be a really fun year and I can't wait to get started. I am looking forward to getting the boys back together!

Our first team practice will be held on Sunday, January 8th from 4-6pm at Frozen Ropes. We will practice at Frozen Ropes each Sunday from 4-6pm until February 12th. I am in the process of making arrangements for practice facilities during the following weeks. I will let you know as soon as they are finalized.

Finally, I plan on improving our players conditioning this year. We will dedicate time to strengthening their core as well as working on their speed, quickness, and agility. I am asking that you purchase a 4 or 6 lb medicine ball to use during their workouts. They will also come in handy for their workouts at home.
