Existing Teams:

Softball registration is first come first served. Registration in the previous season does NOT guarantee a spot in the next registration. The Athletics office will NOT accept registration forms in advance. Registration forms that are delivered in person will have priority over those that are faxed or e-mailed. Existing teams/managers will be placed in a league based on the overall record and run differential during the last season played. The Athletics Office reserves the right to move your team to an alternate league if necessary.

It is the existing team manager’s responsibility to keep an eye on our website http://coawebparks.ci.austin.tx.us/registrationmain.sdi for current league availability. (Click Location and go to Athletics/Softball) In the event that your league does not fill, a refund will be offered or the team manager may choose another night to play; if available.

Registration begins:

Monday November 2, 2009 (until leagues are filled)

LATE Registration begins:

Monday November 9, 2009 (must pay additional $20)

Entry Fees:

$280 entry fee ($22 ASA/TAAF Sanction Fee if needed)

League Starts:

Play begins the week of Monday December 7, 2009

6 Game - 6 Week Schedule - 4 team leagues

Refund policy:

$100.00 will be withheld from a team dropping out of the league prior to 5pm on Friday November 06, 2009.

No refunds for a team dropping out of the league after 5pm on Friday November 13, 2009.

Credit policy:

In the event of questionable weather, every effort will be made to play games. Should circumstances prevent all games from being played or rescheduled, you will receive a $20.00 per game credit. Credit must be used within one year after being issued and can be used towards merchandise, league registration, or tournament entry fees.
