SMASH: Tournament Accomodations
General Accomodations Notes
Accomodation and Hotel Rates

All accomodations are extensively negotiated each season to ensure that the club obtains the most competitive rate with the highest value of service. Club parents can also take advantage of these reduced rates when you call the hotel to reserve your rooms. Simply mention that you are a member of the Canuck Stuff Volleyball Club family and that you will be under the 'team' rates. Historically, it has shown that parents can save as much as $30 per night by doing so.

Hotel Health & Safety

The Canuck Club supports healthy lifestyles by requesting non-smoking rooms for all its athletes and teams whenever possible. Strict guidelines regarding athletes activities during tournament travel is outlined in the "Participating Athletes Agreement" which all athletes and parents must sign and return to the Club Office.

Parents Helping at Tournaments

The Club fully encourages parents to become involved with the teams, especially those girls teams that travel and do not have a female coach. Female chaperones are required in those instances and we suggest that you speak to your son/daughters coach to discuss your availability. Please refer to the Club Parents Page for a guideline on your families involvement in the 2006 club season.
