Canton Little League: Welcome

Welcome to the 2011 Season

We believe that through sports our youth will learn the meaning of sportsmanship, cooperation and the qualities that constitute effective leadership, while developing their citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well being.  Canton was the first Little League charter in the state of Ohio.  In 1949, Canton made it to the Little League World Series in Williamsport and in 1951, Cy Young throw out the ceremonial first pitch on Opening Day.  Canton Little League was re-established in 2006.  Sign-up today and become involved with the largest youth baseball program in the world.  Your Registration fee includes a Baseball Style Jersey, Cap. Pants, Socks and Belt.  All you need is a glove and shoes.  Little League International has over 3 million children participating annually on six continents.  Here is your chance to help restore Canton’s youth baseball to what it once was.
