| CAS Cheer & Dance is offering several summer classes and clinics for cheerleaders and dancers. Please check our website at www.calvertallstars.com for additional information and registration forms. Among the classes & clinics offered this summer: SUMMER CONDITIONING CLASS: Beginning June 22, CAS Cheer & Dance will offer CHEER CONDITIONING Classes on Sunday’s from 4 pm to 5 pm each week. This class will focus on overall conditioning as well as cheer specific skills such as motions and jumps. This class is ideal for recreational, high school, and all star cheerleaders as well as the general public for overall health benefits. The cost of this class is $10 per session with discounts for those who sign up for the full ten week class (June 22-August 24). SUMMER TUMBLING CLINIC: When: Saturday, July 12 from 2 pm to 4 pm Where: CAS Gym 871 Keith Lane Suite 1 in Owings, Maryland Cost: $30 per person CAS Cheer & Dance will be offering a tumbling clinic for ages 5 to 18 on Saturday, July 12 from 2 pm to 4 pm. This class is ideal for both the novice to the advanced tumbler. Class size is limited to 25 participants; additional classes will be added as the first class fills, second class will be offered from 5 pm to 7 pm on Saturday, July 12. SUMMER FLIGHT SCHOOL: When: Saturday, August 9 from 2 pm to 4 pm Where: CAS Gym 871 Keith Lane Suite 1 in Owings, Maryland Cost: $25 per person OR $80 per group of 4 (3 bases/1 flyer) OR $100 per group of 5 (3-4 bases & 1-2 flyers) CAS Cheer & Dance will be offering Flight School for ages 5 to 18 on Saturday, August 9 from 2 pm to 4 pm. This class is ideal for both the novice to the advanced flyer/stunt group. Class size is limited; additional classes will be added as the first class fills, second class will be offered from 5 pm to 7 pm on Saturday, August 9.
