Shoe change- the Asics Cheer III have been discontinued!
We will be purchasing Asics Cheer-IV from Eastbay; $30, great quality
-squad purchase so you don't have to order individually; fundraising does apply
-plan to order 1st week of conditioning; money and sizes will be collected July 6th-9th. Shoes should be paid in full by the 9th.
- optional for Football and will be required for basketball 2010 so if you'd rather defer on the cost, you can wait. If you choose to do this, I will need to 'approve' the current shoe that you will be wearing for football season for cleanliness and quality. This needs to happen prior to the squad ordering shoes. I am highly recommending that you purchase the shoe while it is this cheap and use the shoes you have now as practice, saving these for indoor and game use only.

Summer Conditioning schedule has been set! We will run practice starting July 6th through August 6th. Practices will be Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm and Thursday mornings from 8-10am. Reminder that these practices are optional but HIGHLY recommended. Please come unless you have vacation or another valid excuse. Although it's a pain to get there, it pays off in September. Please clear your calendars to be at the mandatory final summer practice week - Aug 3rd-6th for this is where we will assigning 'stunt groups' for camp and room assignments along with other important prep for camp

*Reminder that all fundraisers are due June 26th to Lisa Casciero at the BOE.
Girls are asked to sell a minimum of 1 ESPN magazine to help with squad. Any additional magazines will be profitted to your account.
If you would like a tupperware form, please see me tomorrow (Wednesday). I should have them by then.
*IMPORTANT NOTICE from the HHS Finance Office: If, by chance, you fundraise more than the total camp, shoe,and camp gear costs, the remaining money will transfer to the squad as a whole. Unfortunately, I cannot issue reimbursements/refunds for fundraising surplus.

Reminder that the only purchases that are being made as a squad is the 2-day camp package ($32.95) and the Shoes ($30). All other materials are to be purchased on your own.
Fundraising profits can apply to camp package, shoes, total camp tuition ($305) and bus ($50-60, still getting prices).
Please make sure I get sizes for the 2-day camp gear. There will be a beater-tank, a fitted-t, and classic cheer shorts.

Monday, July 6
All of those who participated in fundraising will receive their earned profit totals today. The final camp tuition will be due July 14th. The total cost is $305. Don't forget to subtract the $100 deposit and any amounts fundraised.

All payments for camp will be due no later than July 14th. Payments will be collected at summer conditioning practices but must be turned in NO LATER THAN Tuesday July 14th.
Payment for shoes ($30) is due July 9th.
