All expenses must be submitted with the orginaly receipt and the expense claim form. Gas for out of town AVA tournaments can will be reimbursed for parents and coaches who provide transportation for 3 or more athletes, this doesn't include invitationals or nationals, only AVA premiers and provincials that are outside Calgary.
