The Manager's Role, by Dr. Arthur A. Esslinger

A penetrating study and current analysis of the manager's role, responsibility and position of leadership in Little League.   The late Dr. Esslinger, who for many years was recognized as one of the nation's foremost authorities in his field, was past President, American Association for Health, Physical Education and Recreation and a long-time member of the Board of Directors of Little League Baseball.

Managers and Coaches Application

Required to be completed and submitted to the Manager Selection Committee in order to be considered for a Manager or Coaches position.   Submission does not guarantee selection - the candidate must be approved by the Committee and then submitted by the President to the Board of Directors for their final approval.   All managers must attend a mandatory coaching clinic. See calendar for dates. Please include a completed coaches application, a Volunteer application, and a legible copy of a photo ID, and mail to Camden-Wyoming Little League, PO Drawer O, Camden, DE, 19934.

All Candidates must complete and mail in both forms.

2010 - Volunteer Application

As REQUIRED by Little League: Anyone working directly with the CWLL players (games or practices) must complete a Volunteer Application. A new Volunteer Application must be completed last year.
Background Checks WILL BE completed.
