4S Ranch Library Directions: From I-15 North • Take Camino del Norte offramp. • Go west (left) on Camino del Norte for approximately 2 miles. • Turn right on Dove Canyon Road. • Follow Dove Canyon to where it dead ends into Rancho Bernardo Road. • Turn left on Rancho Bernardo Road. • 4S Commons Center will be on your left. • Turn left into 4S Commons on 4S Ranch Parkway (the entrance right by Chili’s Restaurant). • The library will be on the right just past the first stop sign. From I-15 South: • Take Rancho Bernardo Road offramp. • Go west (right) on Rancho Bernardo Road for approximately 2 miles. • 4S Commons Center will be on the left at the intersection with Dove Canyon Road. • Continue west on Rancho Bernardo Road. • Turn left into 4S Commons on 4S Ranch Parkway (the entrance right by Chili’s Restaurant). • The library will be on the right just past the first stop sign.

Kit Carson Park Amphitheater Site for All-Star Saturday Directions: Off of Interstate 15 exit Via Rancho Parkway Go East. Via Rancho turns into Bear Valley Parkway, the North County Fair mall will be on your left Just past San Pasqual High School, turn left at Mary Lane (by the fire station) into the park. Either make an immediate right and continue to the parking lot, or go to the T intersection and turn right and then right again into the lot. If you are coming south on Bear Valley Parkway, turn right at Mary Lane (by the fire station) into the park. Do not park on the grass or in the skate park/hockey rink parking lot.
