The California Cruiser organization has a strong tradition of hard work, dedication to team, and development of the individual. This tradition has allowed young women from Southern California to participate in Fastpitch the right way.

The California Cruisers strive to develop both a physically and mentally tough softball player, stressing the importance of taking responsibility as the price of greatness. A player's performance is determined by their own efforts; dedication, preparation, and persistence.

Cruiser players are responsible for understanding what it takes to win; to have a good at bat, to pitch as well as she can, to field and run the bases as best as possible, and to know what it takes to execute the proper play in a given situation.

The most common thread among great players of all sports is confidence. The Cruiser organization takes pride in helping players to achieve the confidence needed to succeed by instilling a "love of the game" that leads to a desire to give everything she has each every time she steps between the lines.

 . . .

The last seven Cruiser Gold teams have produced 57 Division I college players, including 20 to the Pac-10. Twenty-nine of the 57 players started as freshman. Texas, LSU, Michigan, North Carolina, Maryland, Fresno State, Florida, and Houston are some of the excellent college softball programs represented by our program in addition to Pac-10 programs such as UCLA, Stanford, Arizona State, Arizona, Stanford, Washington and Cal Berkeley. California Cruisers achievements include 7 All Conference players, 4 All Area players and 2 All Americans and two players who contributed to winning the College World Series. A total of 6 Cruisers have played in the College World Series. Most of all we take pride in knowing that over 95% of Cruiser players graduate from the colleges by which they were recruited. Former California Cruiser Lauren Lappin was an alternate on the 2004 USA Olympic team and was a member of the 2008 team that won a Silver Medal. Former California Cruiser Lindsey Sisk played for the USA JR National team in 2007 and won a Gold medal.

Congratulations!
