REPEAT: Alum Rock Captures 2008 Slugfest Title
(UPI) Milpitas, CA - Alum Rock once again takes home the banner flag as Indians defeat the North Valley Marlins 4-1 and are crowned 2008 Slugfest Champions. Both teams had posted four wins and no losses in Pool Play. Solid defensive and timely offensive help the Indians and Marlins secure their road to the Championship game.
