SLUGFEST 2009 Opens May 21st

UPI - District 59 will present the 3rd Annual Memorial Weekend Slugfest, hosted by Milpitas South LL, North Valley LL, Oakridge LL, and Eastridge LL. The Slugfest 2009 Tournament is a 12-team Pool Play format which begins on Thursday, May 21, 2009. Below are two important dates for Managers and Team Representatives, each team must be present.

Monday, April 20th - 8:00 PM MANAGERS Meeting at August Boeger School Administrative Bldg. This meeting will discuss the rules and format of the tournament. Schedules, Pitching Affidavits, and Rules will be passed out. Important: If you team is ordering the 2009 Slugfest T-Shirts all orders must be turned in at the meeting, no exceptions. Payment will be collected later. The cost is $100.00 for a team of 12 and $10.00 for extras.

Monday, May 11th - 8:00 PM Slugfest Team Certification at August Boeger School Administrative Bldg. All team rosters must be certified for eligibility. Please bring your regular season team rosters.
