California District 41: League Presidents
District 41 Winter ball Season: A meeting for all leagues with D41 staff is held either Late in August or early in September (sometimes both) with all League Coordinators and D41 staff. Please email to Kim Mowrey, D41 Administrator each league's Winterball Coordinators name and number.
District 41 Staff & League Presidents Meetings are held October through June annually. Lots of great information about the upcoming season will be handed out ~
Presidents Meetings with the District 41 staff are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month 7pm @ Renette Park in El Cajon.

Promote and attend provided training & clinics for:
- Junior/Seniors/Challanger for information please contact D41 Jr./Sr. Coordinator Darrin Vincent email dzrtrider@gmail.com. Leagues if you have players age 13-18 and please notify Darrin Vincent, D41 Coordinator for Juniors & Seniors with team counts for Inter-league play.

- League Charter Form and Fees make sure these are processed quickly then turned in to LL Hq
- A.S.A.P. Safety Report & Lighting Audit and
- Volunteer Background Checks (on all persons dealing with "kids") and
- Basic First Aid Clinic this is a MUST for your league! Need help with setting one up contact Dave Pendleton D41 Safety Officer, Email: djpendleton@att.net Dist. 41 will mail out your report for your league; provide copies to Kim Mowrey.
- League Constitution And By-Laws (ALL LEAGUES) Review, Revise and turn in to Kim Mowery D41 Admin.
- Rule Waivers or Player Waivers (hardship, IV(h) or II(d) all due in April
- L.L. Rule books (order from Western Regional either on line or by phone)
- All Star 'Programs provided via Dist. 41. Contact Kim Mowrey for details.
- Player Assessment Fees are $4 for each player from each league
- TOC & All Star Tournament "Host" leagues request

- All Star Charter and Fees...
- Board of Directors newly elected list emailed to Kim Mowrey D41 Administrator in June
