Hey girls! Its Jewel. I just wanted to wish everyone good luck this season. I just love coaching this squad! You guys have the most awesome coaches ever! Listen to their advice, lets not let the nonsense in school affect this our squad. We're all that we've got! Oh, and hey...can we make an album and put it online...cause I have a few pics! Ahhh OMG im gonna miss cheering for FHS so much!!!! I'm gonna miss ALL of my girl but most of all Coach Jean and Julie! U guys have made my high school cheerleading career worth while and im so glad you guys were my coaches! BEST COACHES AROUND--no doubt about it! I love you Jean and Julie and all the FHS Cheerleaders!!!!

Xtreme Athletics is hosting the CHESAPEAKE BAY REGIONAL in junction with AmeriCheer on Sunday, November 12, 2007. The competition is open to School, All Star, and Rec Teams! It’s also open for cheer, dance, individuals, & stunt groups! This is a qualifying event for InterNational Championships at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL, March 15-18, 2007! Top 3 teams in each division will qualify for AmeriCheer’s All American Spirit Team!

Congratultions girls and guys on a wonderful performance yesterday!! Frederick City teams ROCKED and brought home the 1st and 2nd places. You guys and girls have so much talent. We were very proud to cheer for you and to have the friendships we do between the squads!!

What a great day!!
JV...you all rocked the floor. Your routine looked amazing. I have seen Julie cry before, but never like that. You all stepped up when you needed to and hit everything. NO DEDUCTIONS!!! We are all so very proud of you. Keep up the great work.
Varsity...I AM SO PROUD TO BE YOUR COACH. I really felt sick all day yesterday. You are an amazing squad and looked great yesterday. Your stunts, baskets, and pyramid looked great. We need to find the energy that you all had Friday night. You have it in you to be that in your face squad....let it come out. We have some work to do before Regionals. I know you can go compete with the best. YOU ARE THE BEST to us!!!
Let's go show them the talent that Frederick County has. ALL THE WAY TO STATES!!

What an amazing first night of games. Although we lost both you girls and guys looked amazing.
JV, you all did a great job. I know you were missing some people tonight so it was hard to do much, but those of you that were on the floor looked great.
Varsity, you all made me sooooo proud. You really know how to pick it up when you need to. That was some great dancing, great stunting, great tumbling, and what about those baskets!!!!!!!! Thanks so much to all of you for stepping up and being amazing tonight. If this is a look at what this season has in store for us.....WATCH OUT!!! |
